SECA CENTER BUILDING RENTAL

The SECA Center is 4000 sq. ft. with two floor levels and two rooms to accommodate your event.

$425 for the day, plus a separate refundable $250 security deposit OR $55 per hour, minimum of 2 hours, plus a $100 security deposit.

Hold your wedding reception, family reunion, surprise party, staff holiday party, and more at our facility. Our max capacity for the building is 150 people. Bathroom on both floors, Alcohol is permitted.

UPPER LEVEL

The Upper Level  is over 1900 sq. ft. with built-in bar and countertop space.

Dance floor with raised DJ Platform.  Windows overlooking pond and SECA Property. 6 ft. tables and folding chairs are available to accommodate set up for 100 guests. Accessible, same floor men’s and women’s bathrooms. Available: refrigeration and limited food preparation area in kitchen.

LOWER LEVEL

The Lower Level holds up to 30 guests with bar and kitchen access. Windows with pond views and direct access to outside SECA grounds.  6 ft. tables are available with accommodating fold up chairs. Perfect for small birthday party or meeting. Accessible same floor men’s and women’s bathrooms.

There’s no better place to host a pool party than the SECA Pool! Lifeguards included. Pool, pavilion, bathrooms, for parties up to 125 people!

Take your pick of two SECA outdoor Park Pavilions. Delightful pond views and in-sight playground access for families. Outhouse facilities available.

Larger pavilion – 9 – 12′ tables, 2 electrical outlets

Smaller pavilion – 6 – 12′ tables, 2 electrical outlets
