In cooperation with our community’s “Christmas in Qville” event, SECA will hold their 3rd Annual Holiday Tree Decorating Contest!

This year’s competition will be held INSIDE the Hoffman Building of the Solanco Fairgrounds on Saturday, December 10.  Set up & decorating to be completed on Friday, December 9.

Churches, non-profit organizations, and service clubs & groups are encouraged to participate, as there is a charitable twist to this contest!

There is no fee to enter.  You must provide your own tree, 5-7 feet tall, with stand.  It can be live or artificial.  Electricity will be provided to light your tree.  Extension cords might be necessary.

The public attending the “Christmas in Qville” event are invited to cast their votes for their favorite tree(s) by placing a donation in the bucket that will be placed at each organization’s tree.  The top three trees with the most donations at the end of the event will be awarded an additional cash prize with amounts to be determined by our sponsoring organization.  All donations made will go to the organization/group given.

The winning trees will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as this web page, along with photos of the trees.  Winners will be notified by phone or email.
