Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays

• Ages 60 & up, Lancaster County Residents

Senior Aquatics:

• 5-10 minute warm-up period
• 45 minutes of strength & cardiovascular aquatic exercises
• 5-10 minute cool-down/stretching period

Participants are encouraged to bring resistance equipment such as aquatic dumbbells, noodles, boards, etc.

No registration necessary.  You will fill out a release form on your first visit and sign in each day of attendance.
